ORI Plaster Pendant Light

ORI Pleated White Plaster Pendant Light

ORI is a study in rhythm, texture and beautifully restrained form. Its wide, shallow shade is sculpted with radiating pleats that flow from the centre to the softly scalloped edge, creating an elegant play of light and shadow across the matte white plaster.

The crisp ridges give ORI a strong architectural presence, while its low, open silhouette keeps the design light and graceful. As daylight moves across the surface, each fold becomes more pronounced, revealing the tactile depth and subtle irregularity that give the shade its character.

An old English dark-brass lampholder adds warmth and contrast to the chalky white plaster. Its tiered cylindrical form, softly aged patina and knurled detailing introduce a quiet vintage note, while the twisted neutral flex completes the pendant with an understated, timeless finish.

When illuminated, ORI directs a warm pool of light downwards while the pleated interior takes on a soft golden glow. The light source remains discreetly concealed within the broad shade, creating an inviting atmosphere without glare.

ORI is striking as a single focal point above a dining table or kitchen island, and equally beautiful arranged as a pair or group. Its natural palette and sculptural form sit effortlessly alongside aged timber, limewashed walls, stone, linen and softly muted interiors.

Simple from a distance and richly detailed up close, ORI brings the quiet beauty of handcrafted form into everyday spaces.
