RAIDEN transforms the traditional uplighter into a striking piece of sculptural lighting. Two overlapping tiers of white faceted plaster create a bold, geometric silhouette, suspended from three angular-link chains and finished with Old English brass detailing. Distinctive without excess, it brings depth and character to a room through shape, proportion and contrast.

The upper tier opens into a broad, shallow bowl with a crisp polygonal rim. Beneath it, a smaller inverted cone tapers towards an ornate brass finial, creating a dramatic point below the wider shade. The offset between the two tiers forms a defined architectural step, giving RAIDEN its layered profile and strong visual identity.

Each facet introduces a different plane for daylight to fall across. Soft highlights meet gentle shadows, revealing the geometry without the need for pattern or elaborate surface decoration. The matte white plaster balances these angular lines with a quiet, tactile finish, making the chandelier feel equally at home in a contemporary interior or a characterful period setting.

Light lifted upwards

Designed as an uplighter, RAIDEN directs light towards the ceiling rather than placing the emphasis on a downward beam. The reflected illumination helps create a relaxed atmosphere, making it a thoughtful centrepiece for living rooms, dining spaces and welcoming entrance halls.

Its upward-opening form allows the sculptural underside to remain the focus from below. Viewed across the room or directly overhead, the stepped tiers create a composition that feels considered from every angle.

Details that make the difference

The Old English brass fittings bring a warm, aged contrast to the white plaster. Small rounded side knobs punctuate the upper tier, while the turned finial adds a traditional finishing note beneath the pointed lower cone.

Three chains with elongated angular links echo the shade’s geometry. Their open structure provides a delicate counterpoint to the broad plaster form, creating a balance between visual weight and lightness.
